Problem z dzieleniem łącza

Witam. Mam problem z dzieleniem internetu poprzez router. Mam w krakowie sieć osiedlową Zax.
Mam adres mac laptopa zarejestrowany u dostawcy i internet śmiga. Oto ustawienia jakie automatycznie ustawiają sie na laptopie:

Kupilem router tplink TL-WR340G. Ustawiłem klonowanie mac z karty w laptopie. Ładnie pobrało mi wszystkie ustawienia i router się połączył z WANem. W opcjach routera mam narzędzie diagnostyczne do pingowania i tracert. Pinguje np onet.pl i ładnie chodzi. DNS działa TTLe sa na poziomie 50 kilka, więc admin ich nie przycina do jedynki. Konfiguruje LAN na routerze. Wyłączyłem zapore, filtrowanie po mac i po ip. Podłączyłem mojego lapka do routera i połączył się z siecią, oto ustawienia (z automatu):

Komputer polaczyl sie z siecia ale internetu nie ma. Dzieje sie tak na lapku z Win7 oraz na innym lapku z winXP. Z lapka jak pinguje "ping www.onet.pl" to ładnie odpowiada, TTLe są wysokie 50 kilka. Tracerty też. Zapora wyłączona. GG, Skype się nie łączy, przegladarki nie działaja. Router sprawny (sprawdzałem). To chyba nie wina DNS, bo inne programy tez nie łącza sie z netem.

1. Admin filtruje mac -> Ustawione klonowanie mac
2. Admin nie obniza TTL
3. Czy admin stosuje jakies inne sztuczki (chce pieniacdze za aktywacje routera oraz dodatkowo za jego konfiguracje), czy tez musze cos u siebie ustawic.

Skoro ping działa,a jest on na protokole datagramowym, prawdopodobnie masz źle skonfigurowany router, mówię tutaj w kontekście o protokoły TCP/IP.

Wątpię żeby był to DNS skoro pingujesz onet.pl, resolvuje Ci każdy rekord dns.
Z pewnością jest coś z protokołem tcp/ip.
